Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Codini Flow, the visual workflow-automation and AI-agent platform operated by Codini AI (“Codini”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Codini Flow lets you design, run, and share automated workflows (“flows”) that may combine AI agents, integrations, and your own logic. Features, integrations, and limits may change over time as we improve the Service.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Organizations may invite members and grant them access to specific resources; the account holder is responsible for their members’ use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe others’ rights when using the Service;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- use the Service to send spam, malware, or to harass or harm others;
- exceed rate limits or resell the Service without our written permission.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the flows, inputs, prompts, and data you bring to or generate on the Service (“Your Content”). You grant Codini a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide it to the users and teammates you authorize. You are responsible for having the rights to any content and credentials you supply.
5. Third-party integrations
The Service connects to third-party tools and models. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or changes. You authorize Codini to exchange data with the integrations you connect.
6. AI outputs
AI-generated results can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, and you should not treat them as professional advice. You are responsible for the actions your flows take.
7. Plans & fees
Some features require a paid plan or consume usage-based credits. Fees, limits, and billing terms are described at purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Codini and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codini will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Codini against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
